MC LEGEND JAH SCREECHY SET FOR A COMEBACK IN 2014

jah-screechyThe legendary UK dancehall MC Jah Screechy, formerly of Sir Coxsone Soundsystem is best known for his 1980’s hit Walk & Skank (famously remixed by SL2 – On A Ragga Tip). Despite the huge international success of this song, Jah Screechy disappeared in to relative obscurity until recent years, before staging a comeback last year under the management of Reality Shock. This partnership is now beginning to bare fruit as Jah Screechy’s talents are becoming ever more in demand. Following the obligatory Reality Shock remix of ‘Walk & Skank’ released last year on 12″, Cubiculo Records have just released Jah Screechy’s first 7″ single of 2014 entitled “Think Me Did Gone” (Official Video Below)..Produced By Marko from Strictly Sounds, Italy.

Jah Screechy also features alongside fellow UK dancehall pioneers Peter King, Asher Senator & Speng Bond on a new LP entitled March Of The Gremlins, produced by Naram Langford in New Zealand for the German Based label Jahtari, with a track entitled MC Magic (Below)

Watch out for much more from Jah Screechy coming soon!
